About CBT Collective

CBT Collective is a rapidly growing, evidence-based mental health practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other scientifically supported treatments.

Over the past two years, we've grown our business team from a small founder-led group into a multidisciplinary organization, while expanding our clinician team by more than 50%, to a team that is now over 25 clinicians. As we continue to grow, we're investing in exceptional people, scalable systems, and the business infrastructure needed to support our next stage of growth.

Our clinicians include internationally recognized experts, authors, researchers, and trainers who have helped shape the field of CBT. We're looking for leaders who are excited by the opportunity to help build one of the country's premier evidence-based mental health practices.

The Role

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and developing CBT Collective's Clinical Coordination team.

This is a true player-coach role. Your primary responsibility is helping our team become exceptional at guiding prospective clients through one of the most important decisions they'll make: taking the first step toward care.

While this is a sales leadership role, success requires much more than strong sales management. Our Clinical Coordinators are often the very first interaction someone has with CBT Collective - frequently during one of the most vulnerable moments of their life. The Director of Sales will help build a team that combines consultative sales excellence with empathy, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and genuine care.

As a growing organization, we believe leaders lead from the front. You'll coach, mentor, and develop the team while also remaining willing to roll up your sleeves and step into client consultations whenever the business needs you.

Because we are a small 10-person business team (you would be #11!), inclusive of a 4 person sales vertical (you would be #5th!), this role is best suited for someone who is scrappy, resourceful, flexible, and team-oriented. The right person will be comfortable taking initiative, helping outside their lane when needed, finding practical solutions as the business grows, and thrives working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
