Meet the Business Team
The CBT Collective Business Team brings together deep expertise across operations, growth strategy, marketing, and client acquisition — drawing on experience from Google, Uber, Airbnb, HubSpot, OnDeck, Better, Hilton, LEK Consulting, venture capital, and private equity. We build and manage the systems, processes, and partnerships that power CBT Collective from the ground up. From attracting and onboarding new clients to handling every administrative and logistical detail, we take ownership of everything outside the treatment room — so our clinicians can direct every bit of their time, energy, and focus toward what matters most: delivering the highest quality care to every client they serve.
